Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia
is a kid's delight. With the motto "Where learning is child's play",
the Please Touch Museum is one of the only museums in the country
that is geared to children under the age of seven.
|
|
With the belief
that learning is best achieved through self-directed, hands-on
experiences, Please Touch Museum is a delight for young
children with lots of energy.
With dozens of buttons
to push, vehicles to "drive", and "animals" to pet, children
won't ever want to leave this museum.
Visitors can go shopping
in a kid-size grocery store, hear tales in the Story
Garden, and try cool experiments in the Science Park.
Favorites also include
a trip through Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood and an adventure in Alice's
Wonderland.
|
The Kid's Store offers books,
games, and toys consistent with the museum's philosophy on early-childhood
education.
Visitors may enjoy a snack
in the Recycled City or have their hand stamped and return to the
museum after eating lunch at one of many nearby family-oriented
restaurants.

make Philadelphia fun for the kids...and you!
