Location: Penn‘s Landing
Some stars in the music industry are indestructible and Carlos Santana certainly seems to be one of those individuals. Having arrived on the music scene more than thirty years ago, Santana still remains a favorite among fans of all ages.
Perhaps that can be attributed to his unique and eclectic style. His music seems to continuously evolve and he‘s often influenced by world rhythms and melodies, making his tunes and style appealing to a large variety of music-lovers. With each album that Santana releases, he seems to add new dimensions to his music.
The opening act for Santana‘s appearance at Penn‘s Landing‘s Festival Pier will be Los Lonely Boys. This Grammy-award winning pop trio is made up of the three Garza brothers; Henry on guitar, Jojo on bass and, coincidently, Ringo on drums.
The brothers have been playing and performing together since they were small and have been on the professional music scene for the pat 10 years. Like Santana, their music is diverse and inspired by many sources.
